Remember results week?
Teachers enter their scores once. Atlas adds them up, grades them, ranks the class and makes every report card.
Done. That was results week.
The scores are in. Now the long part.
Totals, grades and positions for every subject and every class, then a report card for each pupil. Usually by hand, late at night.
Result PINs
Sell result PIN cards at your own price. Atlas keeps ₦100 a card, and the rest is your school’s.
To your school, every term
₦252,000
That is ₦756,000 over three terms.
280 PINs × (your price − ₦100), each term. Not every parent buys one: set the share you expect. Cards bought online also pay Monnify’s charge.
Not a drawing
These are screens from Atlas today, on our demo school, Aster Grove College. Your school gets the same.

The school’s own website, made by Atlas. It knows the school day as it happens, takes applications and answers parents’ questions, and it updates itself from the office.

The office the head sees. The set-up guide shows how far along the school is and the one next step to take.

Any phone’s camera reads pupils’ ID cards in class, at the dining hall and in the library. Forgot the card? Type the last digits of the admission number, or a name. A beep says done, two beeps say already done, a low buzz says stop.
Nothing missed
From the first bus to results night, everyone knows what they need to know, as it happens.
The attendant marks each child on at their stop, even with no signal. The office can see who is on the bus.
Bola is absent, so her parents get a message.
38 pupils sat the test on phones and lab computers. The objective questions marked themselves.
Paid online, straight into the school’s bank account. Her receipt went to her email.
The gate checks he is on Ada’s list of people allowed to collect her.
Pupils hand in from home. The teacher marks it, and the marks go into the score sheet.
Parents check on their phones tonight. Nobody queues at the gate tomorrow.
ID cards
Every card carries a code that says whether it is genuine. Try it.
A stranger who scans a lost card learns almost nothing. Your staff see everything.
It was reported lost. Ada’s new card has a new code; this one no longer works anywhere.
The full name and admission number show only to the school’s staff.
Lunch is being served. Type the last digits of a pupil’s number, or part of a name, then press Enter or tap the pupil.
Try 117: two pupils have numbers ending in 117, so Atlas asks which.
Before and after
Everything else
They all share the same pupils, classes and staff, so nothing is typed twice. The timetable fits any school: sections, Saturday classes, Week A and B, doubles and rooms.
Getting started
Classes, staff and pupils, one sheet each. Subjects are ticked from the NERDC lists, so there is nothing to type.
Atlas checks every row and shows you anything to fix before it loads. Or send it to us and we set your school up for you.
The office shows how far along you are and the one next step to take.
Safety and your records
What we do with your school’s information, in plain words.
Each school’s records are kept apart from every other school’s.
A teacher sees only their own classes and subjects. Fees, accounts and payroll are for the administrators you choose.
Parents pay through Monnify. Atlas never sees or keeps their card details.
Atlas puts a pupil’s name or photo on the school website only when a parent has agreed.
Strangers who scan a card see a short name, the class and the school, never the full name or admission number. A lost card stops working the moment it is reported.
The gate checks that the person collecting a child is on that child’s list.
